Future Goal Academy
Leadership and values-based education that supports women in sport and helps develop new role models.
We are a nonprofit organization working to increase visibility, participation and professional opportunities for women in sport. We bring together journalism, research, education and sport to create lasting change.
Explore our workWINN began in 2018 as a network of women journalists and became a nonprofit association in 2022. Today, it brings together two complementary areas of work: WINN Media, focused on journalism and content production, and WINN Sports, focused on expanding opportunities for women in sport.
This is the WINN Sports website. It showcases our work in sport and introduces WINN Media, which continues the journalism projects that gave rise to the organization.
Our mission: to promote fair media coverage and a sporting ecosystem with more opportunities for women.
Where we work: Argentina and Latin America.

Each initiative addresses a specific barrier: limited media coverage, insufficient information for decision-making, and a lack of structures that support women athletes.

Media: we promote stories and coverage that represent women athletes accurately and without bias.
Clubs: we support professional development and better conditions for athletes to play and grow.
Knowledge: we gather data and research to understand audiences and opportunities in women’s sport.
Partnerships: we connect organizations, professionals and sectors that can sustain these changes over time.
